The term ‘Marking-on-the-fly’ means the marking of components during the movement. It is not relevant for our labeling system whether the material is rotated or moved linearly.

Marking during Movement | Marking On The Fly

Rotary Movement

  • marking of round parts during rotation
  • marking of logos and big characters on the cover of round parts during rotation
  • exact marking of round parts
  • reproducibility of the marking by pulse precision
  • rotation speed – p.e. 100 ms/R

Linear Movement

  • marking of single components or endless material during movement
  • exact marking of linear moved parts
  • reproducibility of the marking by pulse precision
  • parts speed up to 180 m/min

Functional Prinziple

  • input of the marking picture by graphical picture editor
  • the output of the single marking elements is controled by free programmable MOF elements
  • all MOF parameters are in linear units or in angle units which are synchronisized with an incremental encoder

Adjustable Parameters

  • delay for the first picture
  • delay for the following pictures
  • delay for single MOF elements inside the marking picture
  • diameter for round parts
  • offset values for x/y-positions
